Overview
We will happy accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain skin care products and treatments are not eligible for return.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
When your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return approval or rejection via email. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@houstontexasdentalspa.com.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. For more expensive items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
